When we first discovered 168, Glencairn, it was a neglected shell of a home—run down, dirty, and long forgotten. The layout was closed-off and dark, the garden overgrown, and the space carried none of the beauty of its surroundings.

Doprop saw an opportunity to give this property a second life. We completely reimagined the interior layout, opening up the flow to bring in natural light and connect the home to its coastal setting. Outside, we introduced new decking and a custom-built braai pit, transforming the garden into a social heart of the home—perfect for family gatherings and warm summer nights by the fire.

What was once an unkempt and broken space is now a modern, welcoming home that celebrates both functionality and lifestyle—restored with the care and attention that defines Doprop.
