Set high in Glencairn, this property was once overlooked—a tired, neglected house that failed to capture the breathtaking views surrounding it. Inside, the layout was cramped and outdated, while the exterior showed years of wear and little connection to the outdoors.

Doprop reimagined the space completely. The interior was opened up to draw in natural light and frame sweeping views of both the ocean and the mountain, creating a home that feels immersed in its landscape. Outside, we added new decking and entertainment areas designed to embrace the coastal lifestyle—perfect for long summer evenings overlooking False Bay.
